Modern girls are crazy to wear high heel footwear as a part of fashion. They like to wear maching footwear with their dresses. They perhaps do not know that they are inviting long term health problems by wearing high heels because of which pain develops in feet, stretch in toes and leg muscles besides chances of fracture to cannot be ruled out.

Mr. Bred, spokesman of Australian Podiatry Association said that the ladies wearing high heel footwear out of 10 ladies, 6 to 7 can have this problem. According to Dr. Simon of Chroprachicers Association of Australia, By wearing high heel sandal, the problem can develop in a part below the waist. When we wear high heel posture of our body covering front of feet, toes and waist bend forward there by creating the painful trouble.

He further said that if the ladies wear high heel sandal for a long time, they loose their balance. This may also pose problem in neck for long term. In feet wearing of high heel sandals disturbs the posture of entire body which may give rise to serious complications. So now whenever you wear high heel, think of your health.
